Another podium, Crutchlow: a fantastic achievement

Mugello - Cal Crutchlow very satisfied with third place in the MotoGP Italy. He considers the podium he achieved in the last two races as a fantastic achievement.

In almost throughout the race at the Circuit Mugello, Sunday (6/2/2013) night WIB, Crutchlow occupies the fourth position. He was behind Jorge Lorenzo, Marc Marquez, and Dani Pedrosa.

But, two laps before finis, Marquez experiencing an accident and could not continue the race. It automatically positions Cructhlow was up to third. This condition lasted until the finish.

For Crutchlow, the third podium in Mugello continue the positive results achieved in previous races. At Le Mans, the Tech 3 Yamaha rider finished second.

"I'm sorry Marc had an accident because he did an awesome job again. But, to be honest, I felt could have to overtake Dani and take third position," said Crutchlow in Crash.

"When I saw Marc had an accident, I slow down the motor so as not to lose the second podium in a row, which is a fantastic achievement for the team Monster Yamaha Tech 3 and I," he said.

"I am very excited to be returning to the podium because Mugello is one of racing's most prominent calendar and it makes it feel a little more special. This is awesome results and I have to commend the crew Yamaha Tech 3 who have worked wonderfully this weekend," added Crutchlow.

This result puts Crutchlow fourth in the rider standings with 71 points from five collection series. He's 24 points lead over Valentino Rossi who finished sixth.
